AI course for companies

A hands-on course built on your company’s own tasks. Your team learns to use AI for everyday work: e-mails, Excel, price quotes, meeting minutes and documents.

  • 3 hours, adjustable to 2 – 6
  • On-site in Bratislava or online
  • In English or Slovak
A laptop with an AI example and work apps around it: e-mail, spreadsheets, calendar, documents.

What your team will learn

For each topic we show a prompt and the result, then participants try it straight away on their own tasks.

Customer e-mails

Replies, quotes and translations in the right tone and language. AI drafts it, you just check it and send.

Excel spreadsheets

Ask your spreadsheet like a colleague. AI explains the numbers and builds a formula or chart in Excel or Google Sheets.

Price quotes and documents

A first draft of a quote, contract or guide from your meeting notes. Instead of a blank page, you just edit.

Meeting minutes

A clear summary of a long meeting or thread: what was decided, who does what and by when.

Calendar and e-mail

Connecting AI with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. It finds a free slot, schedules the meeting and drafts the invitation.

Security and GDPR

Which data does not belong in AI tools and how to set up privacy protection. Simple rules for the whole company.

Examples are illustrative. In the course we work with the tools your company uses: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini.

Frequently asked questions

Do companies have to train their staff in AI?

Since 2 February 2025 the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) requires companies that use AI tools to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff (Article 4). Hands-on training is one way to meet this. Our course is neither legal advice nor a certification, but it teaches your team to use AI safely and responsibly.

Is the training suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. We start with the basics: what AI can do, what it cannot do and how to work with it safely. No technical knowledge is needed, and everyone tries the tasks themselves straight away.

Do you train on-site and online?

Yes, both. We come to your company for on-site training; online training runs on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Either way, participants try everything on their own computers.

What about data security and confidentiality?

We do not need access to your company data or systems during the training. We work with sample or anonymised examples. The training also covers which data does not belong in AI tools and how to set up privacy protection.
