Who processes your data

The Umi website and training are run by its founders. Contact for all questions about personal data: info@umiworkshop.sk, phone +421 952 229 704.

What data we collect

Through the “Get an offer” form we collect:

• your full name,
• your e-mail address,
• your phone number (optional).

If you contact us via WhatsApp, e-mail or phone, we also process the information you give us in your message or call.

What we use the data for

We use the data only to contact you, prepare an offer for training and agree on the details with you. We do not send you marketing newsletters, and we do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who has technical access to the data

• Netlify, Inc. – the website hosting provider, which technically receives the submitted forms.
• Websupport, s.r.o. – the provider of our e-mail inbox on the umiworkshop.sk domain.
• Google – the provider of our backup e-mail inbox, which also receives notifications about new requests.

These providers may also process data outside the European Union. They use the data only to provide their services.

How long we keep the data

If no cooperation follows, we delete the data no later than 12 months after our last communication. If we start working together, we keep it for the duration of the cooperation and then only as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You can also object to the processing.

To have your data deleted, simply send an e-mail to info@umiworkshop.sk. If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools. The only thing it remembers is your dark mode choice, which is stored in your browser only and never sent anywhere.
